Clunk when shifting from park to drive – bad engine mount on my Jeep?

Lately my 2015 Grand Cherokee has developed this solid thunk whenever I shift from park to reverse or drive, and I can actually feel the whole car rock a bit. No vibration at idle though, which makes me wonder if it's the transmission mount or maybe just one engine mount gone soft. I took a quick look underneath and didn't see anything obviously broken, but I'm no mechanic. I've been reading that the 3.6 Pentastar can wear out the hydraulic mounts over time, especially in this heat. Before I start guessing, I'd love to find a shop in Abu Dhabi that actually knows how to check mounts properly – not just by bouncing the engine with a pry bar but by measuring movement. A friend mentioned something about a Reliable Jeep Engine Mount Abu Dhabi and I'm hoping someone here can point me to a garage that does honest diagnostics. Also curious if aftermarket mounts are okay or if I should stick with Mopar. Really don't want to pay dealer labor rates if I can avoid it. Anyone dealt with this before? Appreciate the help.
