Is the SMWONE virtual conference worth the hype?

I actually signed up for the SMWONE virtual conference last year and I am still trying to decide if it was worth the investment. The lineup looked amazing on paper, with names like Gary Vaynerchuk and Arianna Huffington, but I found myself overwhelmed by the sheer volume of sessions. I am not sure if I just did not use it right or if it is better suited for teams rather than solo practitioners. I am considering giving it another shot this year, but I would love to hear how others made the most of it. Did you find the networking opportunities genuinely useful, or was it mostly passive watching?

The sessions were live, so you could actually ask questions and engage with speakers in real time, which made a huge difference compared to just watching recordings. What really stood out to me was the community aspect, they set up a Slack group and a mobile app with member directories, so you could connect with other attendees and even arrange one on one chats. I also found the downloadable reports and session recaps incredibly useful for my own campaigns. That is really helpful, especially the point about the live interaction and the Slack community. I think I did not use those features enough last time. I might give it another try this year and focus more on networking. Thanks for the detailed feedback.
