Thought I'd share a quick update because this forum has helped me before. My Hilux has been cranking slower each week and finally gave up on Tuesday. Called around for an Amaron 80D26L Car Battery in Dubai and found a place that delivered and installed it at my villa within two hours. The guy showed me the date sticker, cleaned the terminals, and even tested the alternator before leaving. First crank this morning was instant, even with the cold weather we've been having. The old one was some random brand that only lasted 20 months, so I'm hoping this one does better. Fingers crossed but so far so good. If you're on the fence, just get it done before summer hits.
