My Gallardo's e-gear is acting up and the dealer quote made me physically ill, anyone know a sensible place in Sharjah

I picked up a 2007 Gallardo Spyder about a year ago after saving for what felt like an eternity and for the most part it's been the best bad decision I've ever made, that V10 howl never gets old, but over the last few weeks the e-gear has started doing this thing where it'll pause for a solid second when I pull the paddle to upshift and then slam into the next gear with a thud that makes me cringe every time, and when I'm creeping along in traffic near Al Majaz the clutch engagement feels like it's being controlled by a teenager learning stick for the first time. I took it to the dealer for a diagnostic because I figured it was probably just low on fluid or needed the clutch wear readout reset, and they came back with a quote that included a new clutch, a new accumulator, and a new pump and the number they showed me was more than I paid for my wife's entire car. I'm not convinced it needs all of that because the car only has 35k kilometers and I've been gentle with it, so I've been searching around to see if there's anyone who can do a proper Lamborghini e-Gear Repair Sharjah without the dealership markup, maybe just a bleed of the system and a recalibration using the correct LARA software before I commit to a full mechanical overhaul. Anyone in the northern emirates ever had their e-gear or F1 system looked at by an independent shop that actually knows what they're doing and didn't just throw the most expensive parts list at the problem, or am I better off just biting the bullet and taking it to one of the well known specialists in Dubai even if it means trailering it there.
