Good morning everyone, hope you're all having a great day. I wanted to ask for some suggestions after spending most of yesterday trying to solve an issue with one of our machines. The main equipment seemed fine, but the control circuit kept behaving unpredictably whenever the system was powered on. While discussing possible causes, one of the technicians recommended checking whether the existing Control Transformers were providing the correct and stable voltage for the control components. That wasn't something I had considered before. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation, and did replacing or upgrading them solve the problem?
