Is It Better to Book a Kashmir Tour or Plan Everything Yourself?

Hello everyone,

I'm curious to know how most people here plan their Kashmir vacations. I've always organized my trips on my own, but Kashmir feels a little different because there are multiple destinations to cover, changing weather conditions, and transportation between places that need proper planning. Before making a final decision, I've been reading travel experiences from people who have already visited.

For my trip, I'm considering a Kashmir Tour Package from Delhi since it seems like the easiest option. Instead of spending time booking hotels, arranging local taxis, and planning daily sightseeing, everything is usually organized in advance. That sounds especially useful for families or anyone visiting Kashmir for the first time.

I also looked into a Kashmir Tour Package from Srinagar because some travelers prefer flying directly to Srinagar and starting their holiday from there. This seems like a convenient choice if you're short on time and want to spend more days exploring the valleys instead of traveling.

Another route that caught my attention is the Kashmir Tour Package from Jammu. Many experienced travelers say the road journey from Jammu offers beautiful mountain scenery and is worth experiencing at least once. It may take longer, but the changing landscapes along the route look incredible in photos and travel videos.

While comparing itineraries, I found a Stunning Kashmir Tour Package from Srinagar & Jammu that combines both arrival and departure points. I actually like this idea because it lets you experience different routes without retracing your journey. It also seems to cover major attractions like Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg, and Dal Lake more efficiently.

During my research, I came across Minto Holidays while checking different travel plans. Their suggested itineraries helped me understand how many days are ideal for each destination and how travel time can affect the overall experience. Even if someone plans independently, looking at well-designed itineraries can be quite helpful.

For those who've already been to Kashmir, would you recommend booking a complete package or planning everything separately? Were there any places that exceeded your expectations or any travel mistakes that first-time visitors should avoid? I'd really like to hear your experiences before making my final booking.
